Shipping Policy
We ship orders within 3-5 business days. *Unless stated on particular custom made piece, those will take up to two weeks to ship*
Free standard shipping is provided on all orders over $35 with code FREESHIP - within the domestic United States. Must use code to apply discount to your order. You do have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.
We use USPS to send shipments with the exception of international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your order not vibing with you? Receive a damaged product? Not to fear! We are here to make it right.
To return a product, please contact us at jonezjewelz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A $5 shipping fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to return or exchange a product.

Damaged / Broken Goods
To be eligible for a return of a damaged or broken item, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a description of the issue and any other pertinent information so we can best provide a solution.
No shipping fees will apply to returns on damaged or broken items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
